Voices of Glory, Jermaine Paul Highlight Lineup for International Festival Labor Day Weekend

Voices of Glory & Jermaine Paul Highlight

 26th Annual International Festival


There’s a lot to celebrate at the 26th Annual City of Newburgh International Festival, from Friday, Aug. 29–Monday, Sept. 1.  Free top-notch entertainment, including “America’s Got Talent” finalists Voices of Glory,  and Jermaine Paul, season 2 winner of “The Voice,” popular local bands and Dancing Bear Puppet Theater, along with vendors, international cuisine, and carnival rides will provide a weekend of family fun for all ages.  The festival will be held on the spacious grounds of the Newburgh Armory Unity Center at 321-393 S. William Street.


The entertainment schedule to date is as follows:


Saturday, Aug. 30

1-4 p.m. Joe Frazita (Snoozka’s Giants)

5-6 p.m. Third Degree East

6-7 p.m. Stephen Alexander Band

7-8 p.m. Voices of Glory

8-9 p.m. Mazmirage

9-11 p.m. Bosco and the Storm


Sunday, Aug. 31

1-2 p.m. Praise Dancers from Living in Jesus Ministry Church

2-4 p.m. For God’s Glory Christian Band

4-5 p.m. Footworks Performance Team

5-6 p.m. Galea and the Galvanizers

6-7 p.m. Sue and the Blind

7-8 p.m. Dirty Black 7

8-9 p.m. La Fuerza Real

9-11 p.m. The Glosstones


Monday, Sept. 1

2-4 Dancing Bear Puppet Theater

4-5:30 Footworks Performance Team

5:30-7 p.m. Debris of Titan

7-7:45 p.m. Jermaine Paul

8-9 p.m. My New Alibi

9-10 p.m.  La Fuerza Real


The festival will go on, rain or shine from 5-11 on Friday, noon- 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and Monday from noon till 10 p.m. “Wristband Night” for the carnival is Friday.
