The Small Business Bootcamp is coming to the City of Newburgh during the winter of 2021 to provide the tools necessary for City of Newburgh Residents to start their own business.

The Small Business Bootcamp is a virtual entrepreneurial four part series co-sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the City of Newburgh and the Newburgh Free Library.

The series will be offered through the Newburgh Free Library this winter and taught virtually by Myriam Bouchard, MBA, Certified Business Advisor at the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center via Zoom conference.

Overview of the new businesses trends born out of necessity. Learn how existing businesses transitioned and innovated during these challenging times.

Thursday, March 11 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Session: How to Do a Feasibility Analysis

You have a business idea and want to know if it will work out? Learn how to figure out your break-even point and how much you would need to invest and/or raise to make it work.

Thursday, March 25, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Session: Marketing & Sales

You want to start or expand your business and have a shoe-string budget? We will review different marketing and sales strategies to help you succeed.
