Where are you volunteering on Monday during Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service? The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service to encourage Americans to volunteer to strengthen their communities.

Opportunities in Newburgh include those with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh:

MLK Day of Service

  • 8am-12pm
  • All are welcome to volunteer (age 16+). There will be tasks for all experience levels. No experience necessary. There is also a children's activity at Habitat Headquarters.
