On June 5th at approximately 10:00 p.m., the City of Newburgh Fire Department responded to an automatic alarm at 119 South Street and discovered a small fire in the basement.
The City of Newburgh Police Department was called to the scene to assist.
The cause of the fire has been deemed suspicious and is under investigation.
