The City of Newburgh provides assistance to businesses and individuals through the administration of grant funding; the management of vacant and distressed properties; the coordination of Land Use planning and development projects; and the coordination of private and not-for-profit actors, all for the goal of increasing the conditions for economic and job growth in the City of Newburgh.
