The City of Newburgh is one of 18 Cities throughout New York State to receive the Cities RISE (responsible Investment and Strategic Enforcement) grant through the New York State Attorney General's office. The BuildingBlocks platform has been provided to the City of Newburgh as a part of the Cities RISE grant. BuildingBlocks integrates a variety of municipal data sets that can be viewed in a variety of ways. City staff has been using the platform to develop innovative strategies to address the distressed building stock in the City of Newburgh. Without having to log in to the site anyone can access information about the pedigree of the building stock.
