2023 Property Assessments - City Assessor Presentation to the City Council (May 8th, 2023)
The Newburgh City Assessor's office is a busy place. In addition to managing assessments on more than 6,900 properties in the City, administering exemption programs, tracking sales and handling other matters involving property valuation, the office fields a plethora of questions from people who have discovered that opportunities abound in the City.
Along with data on specific properties, that is the sort of information you can find at the Assessor's Office. City Assessor, Joanne Majewski and her seasoned and expert support staff - Kathy Cunane and Kathy Parisi - welcome visitors.
