Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (l-r) Janet Gianopoulos, Mount St. Mary College, Deputy Mayor Regina Angelo, Acting City Manager Rick Herbek, Mayor Nicholas Valentine, Rabbi Yacov Borenstein of Chabad Mid-Hudson Valley and his sons, and Rev. and Mrs. Steve Ruelke.
Rabbi Yacov Borenstein, Chabad Mid-Hudson Valley brings the light of Chanukah to the City of Newburgh and the region every year.
