The 20th Annual City of Newburgh International Waterfront Festival was held Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, Aug. 30- Monday, Sept. 1 on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard (Marine Drive) between Washington Street and Colden Street.

The festival was a smashing success. Entertainers included Joe Lynn Turner, Hindenberg, and Eric Burdon & the Animals.
