Adopted Master Plan Available
The Newburgh Master Plan (6mb, 123pgs, PDF) adopted December 8, 2008, is now available. The plan incorporates all the efforts and community input described in these pages. The plan was formally delivered by the City Planner by letter on Feb. 5, 2008. The final plan was adopted by the City Council Dec. 8, 2008.
