• Local Law to Amend Section 248.2 "When Rents Due and Payable; Filing and Confirmation of Rolls" of Chapter 248 "Sewers" of the Code

• Local Law adding Article XI "Exemption for Capital Improvements to Residential Buildings" to Chapter 270 "Taxation" of the Code
