The Newburgh Waterfront Project is one of the most important and vital undertakings for the City of Newburgh in recent history. This public-private initiative between the City of Newburgh and LeylandAlliance LLC, of Tuxedo, New York is expected to revitalize the downtown and provide a mix of housing, commercial, retail and open spaces near the waterfront. Approximately 30 acres of vacant lands will be redeveloped.
