Certificate of Occupancy - A copy of the Certificate of Occupancy issued for a property can be obtained at the Office of Codes Compliance.
Municipal Searches - Certificates of Occupancy, Street Reports and Violations Search. All requests must be in writing.
Freedom Of Information Law (FOIL) - To make a FOIL request for records from the property files located in the Building Inspector's Office, please download and fill out the FOIL Building Inspector/Code Compliance Request Form, and submit the completed form to the City Clerk at City Hall, 83 Broadway.
