A reassessment of all properties in the City of Newburgh for the 2008 Assessment Roll began in January 2007. The purpose was to improve the fairness and equity of the assessment roll.
Assessments will be updated for the 2011 roll. Notification letters will be sent to property owners in mid March or early April 2010.
